We collect only the data needed to run aSolve: your Google account info (name, email, profile picture), usage counts, and lightweight event data (extension opened, question asked, fact saved). Event data never includes your questions or answers.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
Your questions are sent to Azure OpenAI for processing. Key concepts are saved to your personal knowledge base, which you can delete at any time from within the extension.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting supportasolve@gmail.com.
